I decided to make use of the London Baby Equipment Company on a recent trip to London to simplify the process of lugging heavy bags filled with children’s toys as well as car seats. On arrival at the hotel we were staying at, my box of “products” was waiting for me as requested. Inside the box were two immaculate car seats with instructions on use (so critical given how complicated some of the seats can be when you have not used them before), as well as a toy box of goodies (again in perfect condition) which kept my boys entertained for the duration of our stay. The returning of the goods process was as simple and my deposit was returned timeously and with no hiccups. I will definitely use this service again in the future – the peace of mind I had regarding the safety of my children whilst driving, as well as the entertainment factor of the luxury toybox was immense. We hired a buggy and highchair for our 10 month old daughter for our recent family holiday to Devon. Firstly, I can not fault the excellent communication both during our time of placing a request through to the communication on the day of the delivery of the items. For me, communication if the essence of god customer service so this was very pleasing. We opted for a deluxe buggy and a standard highchair, both of which made holidaying with a baby more comfortable for both baby and parents. They arrived clean and in excellent working order and we particularly recommend the deluxe buggy as it flattens out making it perfect and essential for those nap times when out and about. I wouldn't hesitate using this company in the future.
We hired a car seat as part of our first trip away on a plane. As any first-time parent will tell you, this kind of trip can be a source of great stress, but we managed it in the end, and the oasis of calm in the whole enterprise was this company ! From our first contact to enquire about hiring we were made to feel like we were really important. Our varied and changing timetable was accommodated with ease. Every question we asked, answered straight away. Everything we hired arrived in good condition, almost to the minute that they said it would. It was a good quality bit of kit, well maintained, with clear instructions and I had no concerns about safety or usability. At the end of the hire, it was picked up and returned without hassle. We even got an email confirming its safe arrival back at base (although that was the least of our concerns at that point in time!) From start to finish, they went out of her way to smooth over some of the more difficult logistics of travelling with an infant. Not only did they offer peace of mind, but incredibly good value as well compared to some of their competitors. Their service helped keep an anxious mum in one piece, and proud dad’s calming claims that “everything’ll be just fine” have, for once, proven to be true. We couldn’t be happier and can’t wait ‘til we have the opportunity to try them out again!
We hired a 3-wheeler pushchair and a bouncy chair for our holiday in Devon. Having a small car with two children and a dog it would've been impossible to bring all our own equipment so this was a godsend – surprisingly cheap to hire, lovely clean condition and exceptional customer service. Would recommend to all !
